Ganesh Loganathan

Ganesh is the Principal Lawyer at Nesh Legal Group, working across our Mornington Legal and Tragear & Harris offices.

Ganesh has acted across a wide range of legal matters in his previous roles and has a strong understanding of both contentious and non-contentious work. He uses that experience to give clients constructive and practical advice.

He has advised property developers on many aspects of their development projects, and has acted for owners corporation managers on the recovery of overdue levies, disputes with management and special levies. He is experienced in debt recovery procedures and advises on the most cost-efficient way to collect debts and outstanding invoices. He also advises on estate planning, commercial leasing and the sale and purchase of businesses.

Ganesh has appeared as counsel in VCAT and other forums and is able to appear for clients in a range of matters. For more complex matters, he briefs barristers where appropriate.

He prefers to resolve disputes early and collaboratively where that is possible, and acts in contested proceedings where it is not. For business clients, he emphasises the importance of commercial considerations alongside the legal position.
